Reporting to the HR Director, you will work closely with the rest of the Human Resources and Administration Team to provide strategic and operational support, whilst your main focus will be on Employee Relations. 

Some of your responsibilities include:

  • Playing a key role in driving the culture of the business, building the employer brand and in talent development and succession planning;

  • Acting as the intermediary and mouthpiece for the organisation and the employees; you will take the pulse of the company in order to forecast and resolve issues before they arise;

  • Cultivating an emotionally-intelligent, collaborative and high performance workplace where diverse perspectives are embraced and first-principles thinking is inculcated;

  • Using the autonomy and support you will be given to be creative and implement new processes, procedures, policies and staff initiatives, all aiming to provide the ultimate employee experience and promote engagement, talent development and retention;

  • Implementing straightforward processes to collect human resource metrics which will be relevant in creating and enforcing fair, consistent and updated policies, aligned with the organisation's business strategies and priorities; 

  • Being proactive in identifying and developing internal talent and maintaining a reliable external talent pool, ensuring talent pipeline smoothly supports the organisation's long-term business strategy;

  • Recognising and utilising new Social Media trends in order to maximise impact on recruitment and engagement programs;

  • Using Social Networking to create valuable contacts over a spectrum of industries and fields, building awareness of the organisation's employment brand and improving the effectiveness of recruitment efforts;

  • Playing the role of internal consultant, you will guide and support managers in the areas of Employee Relations and HR issues, keeping in line with company policies and best practices, including the handling of discipline and grievances, and performance management;

  • Using human resource metrics to inform and report on HR activities and deliver presentations to drive sound decision-making;

  • Providing overall support to Human Resources and Administration Department and carrying out other ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned.



  • Overseas (regional or global) or MNC exposure plus comfortable working in multicultural and diverse environment is a MUST;

  • Excellent in business-level English, both spoken and written, with the ability to write organisational policies and recruitment ads single-handedly; 

  • Degree holder in Human Resource Management or other related discipline;

  • Minimum 5 years relevant HR working experience and/or in a HR Business Partner role, ideally in a sole charge HR role and confident managing upwards;

  • Proven experience in the development of HR strategy, HR policy and performance management;

  • Strong in Talent Acquisition and Human Resource Management functions;

  • Well-versed in HK Employment Ordinance and updated in employment-related legislation is imperative;

  • Computer literate and proficient in Google Drive (Google sheet, docs, etc), computerized HR systems and fast to pick up on use of project management apps;

  • Excellent and familiar with the use of major Social Media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, etc.) as a recruitment tool;

  • Able to multi-task and meet tight deadlines in a fast paced environment;

  • Personality-wise, we are looking for someone with high EQ, charismatic, sociable, passionate, articulate, super organised and with a strong sense of responsibility.
