Animoca Brands completes acquisition of Gamma
2 June 2020: Animoca Brands Corporation Limited (the “Company”) is pleased to advise that it has completed the acquisition of 100% of the equity of Gamma Innovations Inc. (“Gamma”) based on the terms disclosed in the Company’s announcement dated 27 June 2019.
