Please note that this link will not allow you to ask questions or vote on shareholder resolutions. If you would like to submit questions or vote, you must join the AGM by logging into Automic using the online attendance instructions in the section below.

Attending online, voting, and asking questions

Shareholders who wish to attend online, cast a direct vote on resolutions, or ask questions during the AGM must log in via Automic and join the meeting as follows:

Open your internet browser and go to investor.automic.com.au
Login with your username and password or click “register” if you haven’t already created an account. Shareholders are encouraged to create an account prior to the start of the meeting to ensure there is no delay in attending the virtual meeting
After logging in, a banner will display at the bottom of your screen to indicate that the meeting is open for registration, click on “Register” when this appears. Alternatively, click on “Meetings” on the left-hand menu bar to join the meeting
Click on “Join Meeting” and follow the prompts on screen to register, vote, and ask questions.

Attending in person

If you wish to attend in person, the AGM will be held at the office of Automic: Suite 5, Level 12, 530 Collins Street, Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.

Shareholders are also encouraged to submit questions in advance by email to Animoca Brands’ company secretary, John Madden, at jmmadden@bigpond.com before the AGM.
