Sale of Gamma Innovations to RightBridge Ventures cancelled
8 October 2020: Animoca Brands Corporation Limited (“Animoca Brands” or the “Company”) wishes to inform shareholders of the cancellation of the sale of Gamma Innovations Inc. (“Gamma”) to RightBridge Ventures AB (“RightBridge Ventures”). The proposed sale was originally announced on 18 August 2020 (refer to the original announcement).
RightBridge Ventures and Animoca Brands jointly decided not to proceed with the transaction, and have entered into an agreement effective 7 October 2020 to mutually terminate the acquisition of Gamma. As a result, no new Rightbridge shares will be issued to Animoca Brands.
