The Sandbox and 11:11 Media to launch Paris Hilton’s Avatar Collection

5,555 unique avatars playable in The Sandbox featuring iconic Paris Hilton-themed traits will launch on 31 May 2023 as this summer’s first highly-anticipated collection

HONG KONG – 22 May 2023 – The Sandbox, a leading decentralized gaming virtual world and a subsidiary of Animoca Brands, and 11:11 Media, Paris Hilton’s next-gen media company, today announced a new metaverse avatar collection based on Paris Hilton. The collection launches on 31 May 2023 and features a special subset of eleven special 1-of-1 hand-crafted NFTs granting holders exclusive access to a free ticket to the sold-out Paris: Live in Concert on 7 June 2023 at the Fonda Theatre in Los Angeles.

A true celebration of the style and innovation of Paris Hilton, the long-awaited collection comprises 5,555 fully unique NFT avatars, each playable in The Sandbox. The visually stunning avatars feature Paris’s iconic haute couture gowns, famous Halloween costumes, and signature accessories that range from DJ headphones to Sliving gloves and fantastical fairy wings. Avatars will be sold for 100 SAND each and minting will run on a first-come-first-serve basis. 11:11 Media wants the avatars to serve as an encouraging reminder for fans to embrace self-expression, celebrate their individuality, and let their inner Paris shine.


The Paris Hilton avatar collection will be released in three waves, each hosted on The Sandbox’s dedicated drop page:

  • Allowlist mint wave 1 - 31 May 2023, 2pm UTC / 6am PST / 9am EST

Dedicated to Paris Hilton’s OG community, consisting of people from her Discord and holders of NFT collections she has already launched. Allow-listed wallets will be notified via email of their selection and will have a chance to mint a maximum of two avatars per wallet within a 24-hour time period.

  • Allowlist mint wave 2 - 2pm UTC / 6am PST / 9am EST

Dedicated to holders of The Sandbox avatars and LAND owners, the Animoca Brands ecosystem, and those who register through

  • Public Sale - 2pm UTC / 6am PST / 9am EST

Once the public sale is live, anyone will have the chance to mint up to four avatars per wallet, subject to availability.
