Trading Halt for Animoca Brands shares on PrimaryMarkets commences 5 pm AEST 25 September 2020
18 September 2020: Animoca Brands Corporation Limited (“Animoca Brands” or the “Company”) wishes to advise that the Trading Window for the Company’s shares on the PrimaryMarkets Private Trading Hub will halt from 5 pm AEST on 25 September 2020. Thereafter, shareholders of Animoca Brands will not be able to list and trade the Company’s shares on PrimaryMarkets until the trading halt is lifted by the Company.
Existing shareholders of Animoca Brands and prospective shareholders can register for the Private Trading Hub and trade the Company’s shares until 5 pm AEST on 25 September 2020 by following the link: https://www.primarymarkets.com/custom/animoca/member.
There are currently both bids and offers for shares of Animoca Brands on the PrimaryMarkets platform, all of which will be closed upon commencement of the trading halt.
Anyone who wishes to buy or sell issued securities in the Company after the trading halt commences on 25 September 2020 may do so privately by locating a counterparty buyer or seller, arranging a trade, and registering the trade with Animoca Brands’ share registry Automic using its approved Standard Transfer Form with required AML/KYC compliance.
