The inaugural edition of GEN3 Playground will be held on Saturday, 2 November 2024 at the Art & Cultural Centre of K11 Musea as part of Blocktober 2024. GEN3 Playground embodies Animoca Brands’ commitment to its heritage as a Hong Kong-based company while showcasing the city’s significant influence in the global Web3 space. Hosted at K11 Musea in Kowloon, a cultural landmark and hub of creativity and innovation, GEN3 Playground serves as a culminating celebration following a series of Web3-related events held in Hong Kong including Blocktober and Hong Kong FinTech Week.
GEN3 Playground offers people of all ages and knowledge levels consumer-centric experiences that stimulate learning about Web3, blockchain, and true digital ownership. Attendees will have the opportunity to explore some of Animoca Brands’ most prominent projects, including Anichess, Cosmic Bomber, Mocaverse, Motorverse, The Sandbox, TOWER Ecosystem, and various of its partners' activations including OSL, Anime Foundation, Apeiron, and Bad Egg Co.
The carnival-like event will provide guests with quests and games, along with the opportunity to win rewards and exclusive merchandise. Attendees can watch thrilling gaming contests on the main stage while trying out games themselves at interactive booths throughout the venue. GEN3 Playground will also feature keynote talks by Animoca Brands’ leadership team.
