Appointment of Yat Siu as Chairman

 

Animoca Brands Corporation Limited (ASX:AB1, “the Company”) announces that Mr Yat Siu, co-founder and director of Animoca Brands, has been appointed Chairman of the Company’s board of directors, effective today. Mr David Kim, co-founder and the current Chairman of Animoca Brands, has today resigned from the Company’s board of directors in order to focus on business ventures located closer to his family.

Mr Kim will remain a co-founder of Animoca Brands. The Company is extremely grateful to Mr Kim for the invaluable contributions, leadership, and guidance that he provided as Executive Chairman since the inception of Animoca Brands, and wishes him the best in his future endeavours.
