Change of Company Secretary and Registered Office Address

Hong Kong – 21 September 2015 – Animoca Brands Corporation Limited (ASX: AB1 or the “Company”) wishes to advise that Jillian McGregor has been appointed as Company Secretary of the Company effective today.

 

The Company also advises that Jillian McGregor has been appointed as the person responsible for communication with ASX in relation to listing rule matters.

 

Ms McGregor regularly advises companies and directors on compliance with the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) and ASX listing rules and other corporate legal matters, having had approximately 20 years experience working as a corporate lawyer. Ms McGregor holds degrees in commerce and law. Ms McGregor currently holds and has held company secretarial positions for other listed and unlisted companies.

 

The Company also announces the resignation of Donald Stephens effective as of 30 September 2015. The Directors thank Mr Stephens for his contribution to the Company and wish him well in his future endeavours.

 

The Directors also resolved today to change the Company’s registered office to Suite 3, Shore 2/3, 13 Hickson Road, Sydney, NSW 2000. The telephone number at the new registered office is +61 2 9259 4700 and the facsimile number is +61 2 9241 2042.

 

The Directors also resolved today to change the Company’s principal place of business to Unit 417-421, Level 4, Cyberport 1, 100 Cyberport Road, Hong Kong. The telephone number at the new principal place of business is +852 2534 0888 and the facsimile number is +852 2832 7807.
