Animoca Brands Launches Garfield’s Adventure
Vertical running game offers players a wild ride through Garfield’s dreams
Hong Kong – November 21, 2014 – Animoca Brands, the developer and publisher of mobile games based on globally loved brands such as Garfield, Ben10, Doraemon, Ultraman, Astro Boy and others, announced today it has launched Garfield’s Adventure, a new vertical running game featuring everybody’s favorite lasagna-loving lazy cat. Now available free of charge for Android™ devices and coming soon for iPhone®, iPad® and iPod touch®, Garfield’s Adventure joins more than a dozen Garfield-themed games in the Animoca Brands portfolio, including Garfield’s Diner, Garfield’s Defense, Garfield’s Pet Hospital and others.
Garfield’s Adventure is a fast-paced vertical running game that challenges player’s reflexes, timing and dexterity, presented in a comic strip art style that Garfield fans are sure to love. During one of his legendary naps, Garfield begins to dream of cookies, lasagna and all his favorite foods. Players must help Garfield and friends collect as many snacks as they can while tumbling downward through a variety of dreamscapes as the fat lazy cat attempts to run away from creeping flames and other hazards that threaten to awake Garfield from his gluttonous fantasy.
