Animoca Brands Announces Global License with Endemol Shine North America for Mobile Apps Based on MasterChef Franchise
Apps and Mobile Games to include signature MasterChef elements like

Hong Kong: 5 October 2017 - Animoca Brands Corporation Limited (ASX: AB1) and Endemol Shine North America announced today a global license that allows Animoca Brands to develop mobile apps based on the hit culinary franchise MasterChef. As a leading global developer of mobile games and e-books, Animoca Brands maintains one of the largest licensed brand app portfolios, including Garfield, i, Doraemon, Thomas & Friends, Masters of the Universe and Ever After High.

The agreement grants Animoca Brands the rights to develop and distribute a series of mobile apps and mobile games based on the hit culinary cooking competition MasterChef. The new games and applications will incorporate signature show elements such as the thrilling Mystery Box Challenges and Pressure Tests.
MasterChef is the number one rated show from the UK to Australia, France to Israel, Italy to the Middle East and beyond, making television’s toughest talent series a truly global hit. Now produced in over 50 countries worldwide and broadcast in over 200 territories, MasterChef is watched globally by over 250 million viewers and has transformed over 100 amateur chefs into professionals. The first products from Animoca Brands and Endemol Shine North America are expected to launch in 2018.
